Terms
- Commission is paid only on subscription revenue actually collected from referred founders, after a hold of 30 to 60 days.
- Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, taxes, credits, custom agreements, usage charges and one-off services may be excluded unless agreed in writing.
- Payouts are monthly once you are owed at least $50. There are no guaranteed monthly payments.
- A referral counts when the founder uses your code, or is attributed to you by Gemmein before their first paid invoice.
- Do not bid on "Gemmein" or its misspellings in search ads.
- The ambassador title is approval-only and can be removed if Gemmein is misrepresented.
- Ambassador discounts apply to up to 3 approved products owned by the ambassador, and follow Gemmein's baseline pricing as it changes. They do not apply to client projects, resold access, custom plans, credits, AI or provider costs, unusual usage or abuse, and may be reviewed if usage materially changes.
- Content bonuses are decided per piece. Low-quality, misleading or spam content is not paid.
- We may change these terms for new referrals with 30 days' notice. Referrals already made keep the terms they were made under.
