Terms
- You earn 30% of the plan payments a referred founder actually makes in the 12 months after their first paid invoice, while they stay a paying customer. Commission is worked out on the amount paid after any discount. It doesn't include storage packs, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, credits, custom (Beyond) contracts, or payments for your own accounts.
- Commission is held for 45 days after each payment, so refunds and chargebacks can settle. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled, or deducted from your next payout if already paid.
- Payouts are monthly once you are owed at least $50, in US dollars, to the payout method you give us. There are no guaranteed monthly payments.
- A referral counts when the founder uses your code, or is attributed to you by Gemmein before their first paid invoice.
- Do not bid on "Gemmein" or its misspellings in search ads.
- We may change these terms for new referrals with 30 days' notice. Referrals already made keep the terms they were made under.
- Joining the programme means accepting the full Affiliate Terms, including disclosing that you're paid when you promote Gemmein.
